Without the right process, even the most detailed of plans won’t work. Everything needs to be considered. That’s why a robust overall project management process – including research, insight, strategy, creation, planning, activation, execution and debriefing – is required. We keep to our process, because everything else might change suddenly: budget, location, agenda, number of attendees and so on. Sometimes even at the very last minute.
